Description: Defendant Officers kicked door down to Plaintiff's apartment, unlawfully entered with guns drawn, and assaulted both plaintiffs and searched their home. Defendant Officers then left the premises without charging Plaintiffs with anything. Plaintiffs called an ambulance to come get them and then some Defendant Officer researched Plaintiff's apartment while they were gone and Officer Gaudioso met them at the hospital and forced unnecessary medical tests on the Plaintiffs.
