Summary

On September 21, 2018, at approximately 2:20 a.m., [redacted] was driving out of the Brooklyn Motor Inn parking lot, in Brooklyn, when two NYPD officers, PO Ali Sheppard and PO Yerlin Gomez, of the 76th Precinct, stopped [redacted] vehicle for unlawful window tints (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority). PO Sheppard asked [redacted] to step out of the vehicle, frisked and searched [redacted] (Allegation B: Abuse of Authority) (Allegation C: Abuse of Authority), handcuffed [redacted] and brought him to the 76th Precinct stationhouse (Allegation D: Abuse of Authority).
