On June 26, 2015, at approximately 3:12 p.m. [redacted] was arrested at the 75th Precinct stationhouse for [redacted] s [redacted] old brother, [redacted] was also arrested for [redacted] and was brought to the 75th Precinct stationhouse. [redacted] was placed in the juvenile room because she is a minor; [redacted] was placed in the holding cells. At approximately 6:00 p.m., Sgt. Adnan Radoncic, from the 75th Precinct anti-crime team, entered the juvenile room and allegedly said to [redacted] "Oh, you little bitch," and allegedly threw a shoe at her (Allegations A and B). Sgt. Radoncic then went to the holding cells and allegedly told [redacted] "Tell [redacted] I got something for her ass when she comes out and she better watch her back" (Allegations C and D).
