Summary

On August 7, 2015, at approximately 11:30 p.m., PO Joel Crooms, PO Dalsh Veve, and PO Matthew Hauswirth of the 67th Precinct responded to a 311 call regarding individuals using and selling narcotics and trespassing behind [redacted] in Brooklyn. PO Crooms and PO Veve stopped [redacted] and [redacted] (Allegations A and B). Both PO Crooms and PO Veve allegedly frisked [redacted] and [redacted] and PO Veve allegedly frisked [redacted] (Allegations C and D). An unidentified officer allegedly searched [redacted] and both PO Veve and PO Crooms allegedly searched [redacted] (Allegations E, F, and G). PO Veve recovered a marijuana cigarette from [redacted] pocket and arrested him in regards (board review 3).
At the 67th Precinct Stationhouse, PO Veve and PO Crooms instructed [redacted] to go into a crowded holding cell, but he refused.
