Description: On August 8, 2015 at approximately 12:15 am, the plaintiff was leaving a empty lot where a barbeque had been held by his friends. Several 67th Precinct officers rushed the lot and began searching the barbeque attendees. Officers pushed the plaintiff up against a fence and searched his pockets, and after finding half a marijuana cigarette, brought the plaintiff to the 67 Precinct.
