On February 25, 2015, at 10:05 p.m., [redacted] was riding his bicycle on East 37th Street between Avenue H and Glenwood Road in Brooklyn, when he was stopped by three police officers of the 67th Precinct, Sgt. Sean Claxton, PO Matthew Hauswirth, and PO Christopher McDonald. PO McDonald allegedly frisked and searched [redacted] (Allegations A and B). Sgt. Claxton allegedly told [redacted] "I am twice your fucking age," and, "Keep licking your fucking lips." (Allegation C).
