On August 23, 2015, Sgt. Zhenxian Zhou and other officers from PSA1 responded to a call of Criminal Trespassing at the Breukelen House NYCHA complex, located at [redacted] in Brooklyn, NY, regarding multiple individuals present on the roof of the apartment building, including [redacted] and [redacted]. While interacting with [redacted], Sgt. Zhou allegedly spoke discourteously to him (Allegation A). While leaving the roof, [redacted] observed two male police officers banging on an apartment door saying, "Open the fucking door" (Allegation B). While placing [redacted] in to the police vehicle, Sgt. Zhou threatened [redacted] with the use of a Taser (Allegation C). [redacted] and four other individuals were arrested in regards.
