Description: On September 4, 2013, Plaintiff received notification that Detectives from the 76th Precinct in Brooklyn wanted to speak with him. Plaintiff decided to oblige because he was curious. On September 5, 2013, Plaintiff called Detective Jurewictz, who asked Plaintiff to come into the 76th Precinct but refused to tell Plaintiff what he wanted to talk about. Unbeknownst to Plaintiff, Detective Jurewictz was in the process of framing Plaintiff for a robbery he did not commit in order to impress his superiors at the NYPD. On September 5, 2013, at approximately 9:30 a.m., Plaintiff arrived at the 76th Precinct. Detective Jurewictz questioned Plaintiff about the robbery he did not commit.
