Summary

At approximately 12:19PM on September 23, 2015 [redacted] was driving on 212th Street and Jamaica Avenue in Queens. PO James Delargy and PO Yodarlyn Moronta, both of the 105th Precinct, pulled [redacted] over for disobeying pavement markings and tinted windows. PO Moronta allegedly came to [redacted] driver side window while PO Delargy went to the passenger side. When asked by PO Moronta why he believed he was being pulled over, [redacted] responded, "Because I'm black." Allegedly, PO Delargy came to [redacted] driver's side window and said, "That's a bunch of fucking bullshit." (Allegation A) [redacted] was issued two summonses by PO Delargy.
