Description: On January 31, 2012, Sergeant Myrthil, P.O. ROLEFOT, RUSSO, and MORONTA kicked open the lobby door of 180 Vernon Avenue and rushed into the Plaintiff’s Apt. without any lawful basis. Sergeant MYRTHIL, P.O. ROLEFOT, RUSSO, and MORONTA pulled and severely beat Plaintiff TRAVIS PHILIP out and dragged him down to stairs. Sergeant Myrthil, P.O. ROLEFOT, RUSSO, and MORONTA beat Plaintiffs TRAVIS and JULIAN PHILIP continuously using batons and asps in the lobby. Due to PO’s beating, Plaintiff JULIAN PHILIP had multiple injuries to his face, ribs, arms, hands, and legs. As a result, in April 2012, all felony charges were dismissed against Plaintiff.
