On November 6, 2015, at approximately 12:30 p.m., [redacted] encountered officers from Queens Gang outside his and [redacted]'s residence, located at [redacted] in Queens. The following was alleged: Det. Michael Sogluizzo stopped [redacted] (Allegation A). Det. Rock Pereira detained [redacted] (Allegation B). Det. Sogluizzo facilitated the frisk of [redacted] (Allegation C) and Det. Pereira frisked [redacted] (Allegation D). Lt. Brian Goss, an unidentified officer and Det.
