On November 16, 2015, at approximately 8:30 a.m., Det. Terry Brienza, Det. Thomas Napolitano, Det. Michael Walsh, and Det. Ravi Narayan entered and searched [redacted] in Brooklyn, pursuant to an arrest warrant for [redacted] (Allegation A). Upon entry, Det. Napolitano and Det. Walsh attempted to place [redacted] under arrest, during which time, a struggle ensued. During the struggle, Det. Napolitano allegedly punched [redacted] on the shoulder more than five times (Allegation B). [redacted] then alleged that he was taken to the floor, where Det. Walsh proceeded to kick him in his lower back one to two times (Allegation C). After being handcuffed, [redacted] allegedly asked the officers for their identification, but he received no response (Allegations D and E).
