Adnan Radoncic, and POs John Does 1-10 subjected Plaintiffs to unreasonable force, verbal abuse, unlawful searches, humiliation, and other deprivation of rights. Plaintiffs were targeted due to racist policies endorsed by the NYPD. Plaintiffs were unlawfully detained, subjected to retinal scans and other criminal processing, then released out of a side door without ever being arraigned. Plaintiffs sustained serious injuries, pain, shock, mental anguish, public and private humiliation, and expenses for legal representation and medical care as a result of this incident.
