On November 12, 2015, at approximately 5:05 a.m., Det. John Zamot, Sgt. Frank Ventura, Det. Thomas Dunne, Det. James Donovan, and Det. Michael Riso, from the Queens Warrant Squad entered and searched [redacted] s apartment with their guns drawn (Allegations A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, & J). On December 9, 2015, at approximately 9:50 p.m., Det. Danielle O'Rourke, Det. Thomas Kaup, and Det. Martin Wicklow from the Queens Robbery Squad arrived at [redacted] s apartment and Det. O'Rourke said, "I want to talk to you, just open the fucking door," through the closed apartment door (Allegation K). When [redacted] refused to open her door, Det.
