Description: On November 18, 2011, Plaintiff was walking in an NYCHA community when a police van began following him. Officers questioned the Plaintiff and emptied his pockets. Despite no cause, Defendant Officer Oldson Ajesulas tried to handcuff the Plaintiff. When Plaintiff resisted, Defendant Ajesulas put Plaintiff in a headlock and twisted his arms behind his back. Plaintiff was arrested for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Plaintiff was arraigned on November 19, 2022, but all charges were adjourned that day.
