On September 10, 2015, at approximately 2:15 p.m. near East 119th Street, in Manhattan, Sgt. Darrien King, Det. Amanda Lopez, Det. Sandy Marrero and PO Jesus Sosa from Narcotic Borough Manhattan North stopped [redacted] and two of his friends, [redacted] and an individual [redacted] knows only by the name '[redacted] (Allegations A-C). While stopped, Sgt. King searched [redacted] Is pockets and his backpack and frisked [redacted] (Allegation D and E). When [redacted] requested PO Sosa's name, PO Sosa allegedly did not provide the information to [redacted] (Allegation F). While [redacted] was stopped, Det. Amanda Lopez or Det.
