On March 19, 2016, at approximately 1:24 p.m., [redacted] encountered Police Officer Alexander Bradshaw of the Bronx Robbery Squad and other unidentified officers during an anti-Donald Trump rally at West 59th Street and the Avenue of the Americas in Manhattan.
