Description: On or about November 9, 2013, Johnnie Washington (Plaintiff) was lawfully present on the subway platform. Officer Alexander Bradshaw (Defendant 1) and Officers Jane and John Doe 1-10 (Defendants 2) approached the plaintiff, falsely accusing him of stealing a cell phone from a sleeping passenger. Despite finding no contraband during a search, the Defendants arrested the Plaintiff without probable cause and transported him to a police precinct, where he was strip-searched, without consent, yielding no further evidence.
