On May 29, 2016, at approximately 2:10 a.m., [redacted] was standing in the driveway of his house, located at [redacted] in Brooklyn. [redacted] acknowledged that he was smoking a marijuana cigarette.
Three officers from the 67th Precinct, Sgt. Sean Claxton, PO Besnik Bojkovic, and PO John Guerra approached [redacted] and placed him under arrest for [redacted] (BR 02). In the course of arresting [redacted], Sgt. Claxton entered the curtilage of [redacted] (Allegation A). While handcuffing [redacted], Sgt. Claxton, PO Bojkovic, and PO Guerra brought [redacted] onto the ground (Allegations B, C, and D). PO Guerra punched [redacted] in his eye (subsumed under Allegation D). En route back to the 67th Precinct stationhouse, Sgt. Claxton told [redacted] "You think you're a smartass. We're going to throw the book at you." (Allegation E).
