Description: On July 28, 2015, the plaintiff was unlawfully stopped, seized, searched, and arrested by the defendant PO including POs John Guerra, Rajinder Singh, Jasmin and Detective Varghese without any reasonable suspicion of unlawful behaviour. The defendants falsely accused the plaintiff of crimes including a violent robbery which had taken place a few days earlier in the neighbourhood and illegally searched the plaintiff. The plaintiff was then taken to the 67th Precinct where the plaintiff was fingerprinted, photographed, strip-searched and detained. Description: Plaintiff was in the front lawn of his house smoking a marijuana cigarette when Defendant Officers pulled up and accused him of smoking in public. Officers then pulled Plaintiff across his private gate to the public sidewalk and arrested him. Plaintiff was taken to the 67th Precinct and charged with marijuana possession and resisting arrest. Charges were later dismissed. Plaintiff also alleges he saw the officers stalking his home after he filed a CCRB complaint against them.

Description: On October 28, 2015, plaintiff was approached in the backseat of a car parked in Brooklyn by unnamed defendant NYPD officers, who searched plaintiff and such car without her consent, before arresting her violently, handcuffing her, and dragging her from the ground by the handcuffs, causing extreme pain to plaintiff's wrists, arms and shoulders. Defendant officers then slammed plaintiff into a police vehicle, before transporting her to a local precinct. Plaintiff was not charged with a crime. Plaintiff suffered severe physical injuries as a result of this incident, as well as emotional injuries.
