On August 16, 2016, at approximately 12:15 a.m. [redacted] was leaning against a green postal relay box and smoking a cigarette in front of his home at [redacted] in the Bronx when Police Officers Steven Ramunno, Kathyria Castillo, Thomas Curley, and Onyx Salvador of the 44th Precinct pulled up to the curb next to him in a marked van. Police Officer Steven Ramunno of the 44th Precinct questioned [redacted] and asked for identification (Allegation A). [redacted] gave PO Ramunno identification and was found to have an open warrant.
