Summary

On May 15, 2016, at approximately 12:47 a.m., [redacted] and [redacted] were attending a bachelorette party at an Airbnb rental apartment at [redacted] on the [redacted] floor in Manhattan. Lt. James Lee from the 9th Precinct and Det. Andre Mazyck, assigned to the 9th Precinct Detective Squad on the incident date, arrived at the location in response to a call about a burglary on the second floor of the building. [redacted] was stopped by Lt. Lee outside of the building (Allegation A). After speaking with the victim of the burglary, Lt. Lee and Det. Mazyck went to the third floor to canvass for witnesses. Det. Mazyck allegedly entered the third floor apartment (Allegation B). Det. Mazyck allegedly threatened to arrest [redacted] (Allegation C). Lt.
