Summary

On January 4, 2017, at approximately 3:15 a.m. [redacted] in Brooklyn. PO Kenneth Anderson, PO Keenan Adamsedwards and Sgt. Avinash Patel, assigned to the 77th Precinct, approached [redacted] ran away and pointed his gun at the officers. PO Adamsedwards fired his service weapon at [redacted] (Allegation A - Force: [redacted]). Sgt. Patel pointed his service weapon at [redacted] but did not fire it (Allegation B – Force: [redacted]), and PO Anderson fired his service weapon at [redacted] (Allegation C-Force: [redacted]). [redacted] was struck by multiple bullets, fell to the ground. After [redacted] fell to the ground, [redacted] tried to approach his body and Sgt. Patel told her, "back the fuck up; you see who the fuck I am? and "back up like I fucking said." Sgt.
