Description: On October 12, 2023, Plaintiff was at his newly purposed property to install a new lock when he encountered a non-party individual already squatting or residing at the property. Plaintiff attempted to provide a key to the new lock to the individual, when the individual threatened to shoot him. Plaintiff retreated from the building and called 911.
