Summary

On March 21, 2017 at approximately 3:56 a.m., [redacted] called 911 because [redacted] who was temporarily residing in a bedroom in [redacted]'s apartment, had allegedly taken psychedelic mushrooms and he felt threatened by her. Police Officers Elias Vazquez, Christophe Saintu, Nicolas Savitt, and Jonathan Baldeon, all of the 32nd Precinct, responded to [redacted]'s apartment, located at [redacted], in Manhattan, along with [redacted] and [redacted] Hospital Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT). [redacted] voiced that he wished to have [redacted] removed. [redacted] was interviewed and [redacted] and [redacted] determined that [redacted] would instead be removed to the hospital. [redacted] was unhappy with this result, and argued with the officers and EMTS. [redacted]'s girlfriend who was sleeping in his bedroom, entered the living room when she heard that [redacted] was to be removed to the hospital. During the dispute between [redacted] and the EMTs and officers, PO Vazquez stated that it seemed like [redacted] was trying to "pull some roommate bullshit" (Allegation A). PO Vazquez and PO Savitt allegedly each grabbed either of [redacted]'s arms and pulled him down to the ground into a kneeling position (Allegation B and Allegation C). [redacted] ultimately walked on his own to the ambulance and was transported to [redacted] Hospital by [redacted] and [redacted] and was accompanied by PO Saintu and PO Baldeon.
