Description: On or about March 30, 2016, NYPD officer Cristop Saintu and others falsely arrested Plaintiff, placed him in handcuffs, and subsequently transported him to a local New York precinct. Plaintiff was held at the precinct and confined to a cell with numerous other male prisoners for several hours. Plaintiff was then transported to the New York County Criminal Court and held in Central Booking where he was confined to a cell with numerous other male prisoners. Plaintiff was arraigned on March 3, 2016, and charged with Criminal Possession of Marijuana in the Fifth Degree and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.
