Summary

On May 5, 2017, in the vicinity of Dean Street and Howard Avenue in Brooklyn, [redacted] was arrested for assaulting a [redacted], a [redacted]-old male [redacted]. Before he was apprehended, [redacted] ran from officers and was chased by Police Officer Jeffrey Goris of the 73rd Precinct. PO Goris allegedly forcibly took [redacted] to the ground before placing him into handcuffs (Allegation A).
