On July 5, 2017, [redacted] received a phone call from Detective Anicia Joseph of the 78th Precinct Detective Squad regarding a criminal complaint report that [redacted] had filed against a cousin of her child's father, who had threatened her. Det. Joseph informed [redacted] that the father of her child told her that [redacted] takes medication. Det. Joseph allegedly told [redacted] "Don't you take medication?
