Summary

On March 25, 2017, at approximately 12:10 P.M., [redacted] was approached by a female, identified by the investigation as UC5372 in the vicinity of 538 9th Avenue in Manhattan. UC asked [redacted] if he had any "hard." [redacted] told her that he did not know what she was talking about but she followed him into a nearby building. When [redacted] exited the building, seven to eight plainclothes officers started walking towards him. Det. Jeremy McGee of Manhattan South Narcotics approached [redacted] from behind, picked him up, and "slammed" him to the ground, causing a fracture to his left arm (Allegation A: Force, [redacted]). Once on the ground, officers told [redacted] to, "Shut the fuck up" (Allegation B: Discourtesy, [redacted]). [redacted] was arrested for [redacted]. Read report for details.
