On July 23, 2017, at approximately 3:40 A.M., [redacted] was arrested in the vicinity of [redacted] in Brooklyn. After being handcuffed, PO Samuel Hui of the 75th Precinct, allegedly pushed him to the ground (Allegation A: Force; [redacted]). [redacted] was charged with [redacted].
