NYPD officers Farrell, Hui, Fowler and Kerr approached Plaintiff and requested to see the bike's registration. On January 11, 2020, Plaintiff was driving in Kings County, New York. Defendant NYPD officers—including Officers Hui and Hernandez—pulled over Plaintiff’s vehicle. Plaintiff activated his phone camera and left the phone inside his vehicle. The defendant officers searched Plaintiff’s vehicle, without Plaintiff’s consent and over his objection.
