On August 25, 2017, at approximately 1:40 p.m., in front of [redacted] in Queens, PO Michael Boudouris and PO Gregory Gromling of the 103rd Precinct allegedly did not obtain medical treatment for [redacted] (Allegations A and B: Abuse of Authority, unfounded). Sgt. Damien Bartels of the same command, PO Gromling and PO Boudouris, allegedly, took [redacted] to the ground (Allegations C, D, E: Force, unsubstantiated, unsubstantiated, unfounded). An unidentified officer allegedly placed [redacted] in a chokehold (Allegation F: Force, unfounded). Sgt.
