On August 27, 2017, at 1:57 a.m., [redacted] was driving in the vicinity of Lott Street and Albemarle Road in Brooklyn, when he was stopped by Sgt. Alan Chau and PO Miguel Vanbrakle of the 67th Precinct. Sgt.
