Description: On December 9, 2016, at approximately 8:30 p.m., plaintiff was law inside of a 99 cent store located at 1401 Nostrand Avenue, Brooklyn, New York when the defendant New York City Police Officers subjected plaintiff to an unlawful search, seizure, false imprisonment, and false arrest. In the store, plaintiff was asked to produce his ID, which he did. Afterwards, the police arrested him without probable cause or legal justification.
