On August 21, 2017, at approximately 1:58 p.m., [redacted] was standing outside of the 41st Precinct stationhouse when he saw PO Anthony Diaz and PO Efrain Ayala sitting inside their vehicle looking at him while PO Diaz waved his gun (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). PO Diaz, PO Ayala, and PO Abel Dupres subsequently approached and arrested [redacted]. During the arrest, PO Diaz allegedly grabbed [redacted] by the chest of his shirt and pushed him against a door (Allegation B: Physical Force, [redacted]).
