Description: On August 30, 2011, Sergeant Janusz Kojas, PO Anthony Diaz and others responded to a 911 call by the Plaintiff who had called the police to alert them of an ongoing burgalry in his residence. Plaintiff let the Police into the residence with his keys. The defendants refused to arrest the male burglar and instead questioned plaintiff about whether he really lived there. Plaintiff showed the police his signed lease and protection order stipulating conditions for his residing there. Despite this, the Defendant police proceeded to unlawfully arrested plaintiff.
