On September 20, 2017, at approximately 11:45 am, [redacted] was pulled over at W. 147th Street and St. Nicholas Avenue by PO Fitzgeralda Sanchez and PO Eric Kim (30th Precinct), in regards to an ongoing investigation in the area.
