Description: On December 9, 2013 Plaintiff was lawfully in the lobby of his building when PO Sanchez demanded Plaintiff produce identification without any legal justification. Plaintiff and others informed PO Sanchez that Plaintiff lived there, but nevertheless PO Sanchez falsely arrested Plaintiff. Plaintiff had just returned from physical therapy and informed PO Sanchez of the same but PO Sanchez ignored Plaintiff and further injured Plaintiff when placing him in the car.
