On October 27, 2017, at approximately 11:30pm, PO Christopher Desimone, PO Ibrahim Adam, and Sgt. Gary Vanzanten, stopped the vehicle in which [redacted] and an unidentified male individual were occupants on Pitkin Avenue and Thatford Avenue, in Brooklyn (Allegations A, B, and C: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). PO Desimone frisked [redacted] and PO Adam frisked [redacted] (Allegations D and E: Abuse of Authority, exonerated). PO Desimone and PO Adam then searched [redacted] vehicle (Allegations F and G: Abuse of Authority, [redacted] and the unidentified male individual were then allowed to leave the location with no summonses or arrests made. Approximately fifteen minutes later, on Sutter Avenue between Junius Street and Van Sinderen Avenue, in Brooklyn, PO Desimone and PO Adam searched [redacted] vehicle again (Allegations H and I; Abuse of Authority, [redacted] [redacted] asked Sgt.
