Description: On June 18,2021, Plaintiff was lawfully present at the funeral home attending his brother’s funeral. Defendant Officers pulled plaintiff off the bench where he was seating and unlawfully handcuffed plaintiff without probable cause or legal jurisdiction. Defendants transported plaintiff to 75th Precinct against his will, where at he was unlawfully searched and interrogated by defendants. Defendants then transported plaintiff to the 73rd Precinct against his will, whereat he was unlawfully searched, fingerprinted, photographed and detained in a filthy holding cell for many hours. Description: On October 21, 2017, Plaintiff Rolinda Walls and her infant child N.G. were asleep in their apartment. At around 11:30pm, Defendant Sergeant Grieco and Defendant Officers M. Wallace, Gammello, Ryan, Desimone, K. Wallace, and Belilos began pounding on her door and demanding to be let in. The defendant officers then entered the apartment, claiming that they were looking for Ms. Walls' adult daughter, who was not present. The defendant officers then searched the apartment and remained therein for 16 hours.
