At approximately 5:20 AM on November 2, 2017, [redacted] was sleeping in his residence, [redacted] in Brooklyn, when he was awoken by banging on his apartment door. [redacted] opened his door to Police Officer Alexandre Tilan and Police Officer Jason Roller of the 72nd Precinct. The officers asked him about an argument he had a day prior with another tenant of the building. [redacted] attempted to close his door, but PO Tilan placed his foot in the doorway to [redacted] unit (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]) and stated, "I will arrest you" (Allegation B: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]) continued to speak with the officers for 10 minutes regarding the dispute he had with the other tenant.
