Complaint
Description: On November 10, 2020, Willian Gonzalez (Plaintiff) was lawfully walking when defendants arrested plaintiff. Despite his objection, plaintiff was handcuffed, arrested, detained and falsely prosecuted. Plaintiff then was transported to the confines of a New York City Police precinct and/or Central Booking where he was held in a cell and was subjected to unlawful searches and interrogations. After several hours, plaintiff was charged with several felonies. Four days later, plaintiff was released.
