Summary

On November 2, 2017, at approximately 9:30 p.m., Det. Albert Brust, of Detective Bureau Brooklyn North Homicide, and Det. Walton Richardson, of the 73rd Precinct detective squad, approached [redacted] in Brooklyn, the address of [redacted] s tire shop, in order to investigate a recent homicide. There, Det.
