Description: On August 23, 2015, at approximately 7:35pm, Plaintiff Sha-King Robinson was a passenger in a black Audi sedan occupied by three others that was pulled over by an unmarked police vehicle on Livona Avenue in the vicinity of Christopher Street and Sackman Street in Brooklyn, New York. Following the stop based on the pretext that the vehicle had been traveling at a high rate of speed, the Audi was approached by NYPD officers Jorge Sanabria (Shield #27752), Nelson Reyes (Shield #27566), and Detective Walton Richardson (Shield #06037) who asked the occupants if they had been smoking or were in possession of marijuana.
