On July 28, 2016, at approximately 11 p.m., two uniformed officers, identifed by the investigation as PO Sean Kelly and Sgt. Bolue Hui of the 44th Precinct, entered [redacted] apartment and arrested him (Allegations A and B: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). While effecting an arrest, an officer, identifed by the investigation as PO Kelly, punched [redacted] in his stomach (Allegation C: Force, [redacted]).
