On November 15, 2017, at approximately 9:05 a.m., [redacted] called 911 in regards to an ongoing dispute with her neighbor, [redacted] at [redacted] in Queens. Police Officer Brian Dietzel and Police Officer Catherine Hernandez of the 102nd Precinct arrived on scene and spoke at the building front door with [redacted].
