Summary

On November 21, 2017, at approximately 2:50 p.m., [redacted] saw that Police Officer Mark Lewis, Police Officer Joseph Paige, and Sergeant Edward Scali of the 113th Precinct had stopped two males that she did not know, [redacted] and [redacted]. [redacted] asked the officers for their names and shield numbers but they did not respond (Allegations A and B: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). [redacted] said that she was going to call 911 and PO Paige said, "Mind your fucking business" (Allegation C: Discourtesy, [redacted]). [redacted] heard PO Paige say to another officer, "This bitch is doing too much" (Allegation D: Offensive Language, [redacted]).
