Description: On September 25, 2014 Plaintiff John Fanfan, a high school student, was walking to a friend's house when PO Joseph Page and other unidentified POs and detectives falsely accused Plaintiff of stealing a car and other crimes. Plaintiff told PO Page they made a mistake but PO Page and others continued to yell that Plaintiff stole a car. Plaintiff was arrested, handcuffed, criminally processed including a strip search, then incarcerated variously at central booking, a boat prison, and Riker's Island until approximately November 19, 2014 when all charges were dismissed.
