On November 21st, 2017, at approximately 5:55PM, [redacted] was driving westbound on West 42nd Street in Manhattan when he took a right turn onto 6th Avenue and was directed to pull over by officers, including Michael Dipalma of the 14th Precinct. As [redacted] disputed the stop, PO Dipalma approached the vehicle and allegedly told [redacted] to "give [him his] fucking license."
