Description: On or about August 3, 2022 at or around 11:28pm, Defendants NYPD officers Po Michael Dipalma and Does, unlawfully approached Plaintiff within the vicinity of 13-18 Fulton Street, Brooklyn, New York where the Plaintiff was working at Copacabana Seafood and Brunch without any legal justification.
