Description: On or about August 3, 2022 at or around 11:28pm, Defendants NYPD officers Po Michael Dipalma and Does, unlawfully approached Plaintiff within the vicinity of 13-18 Fulton Street, Brooklyn, New York where the Plaintiff was working at Copacabana Seafood and Brunch without any legal justification. Without reasonable suspicion or probable cause, Defendants stopped and searched the Plaintiff and no contraband was recovered. Defendant Po Michael Dipalma and DOE defendants then placed Plaintiff into handcuffs and under arrest without a lawful justification and was transported to a police precinct in New York County and then to central book, where she remained for a prolonged period of time.
